What is your booking procedure?

We provide 24 x 7 services. You can easily make online booking from website in less than 5 minutes of your time. You have to make your online booking before 4 hours of your pickup time. If less than 4 hours please contact us on +61 416 887 889 and we try to accommodate your request subjected to availability.

How do you help us with our excess luggage?

It is our responsibility to help you with your excess luggage. We also make arrangements for your special needs such as Baby Capsules, Surfboards, Fishing Rods, Bikes and other large items we have trailer that can carry upto 9 large bags. You can contact us on +61 416 887 889 to discuss your requirements.

What services you offer?

We offer Comprehensive taxi services for Airport and Cruise-Ship Transfer Services, Excess Luggage, Wedding Day Guests Pickup, Business Meetings, Tours & Excursions, Party Bookings, School Balls, School / Formal events, Family gatherings, as well as Sporting Events Transfers and Tours of the city.

What all Vehicles MaxiPortBees have?

At MaxiPortBees, we have wide range of luxurious taxis such as Mercedes Valente, Kia Carnival, Toyota Targo, Honda Odyssey, Hundai imax, Holden Caprice and Toyota Camry hybrid always ready at your service.

Is Food and Drinks allowed in car?

No food, drinks, alcohol, or smoking is allowed in car. We only allow Water in the vehicle.

What are the payment options?

You can make online payment via secured transaction with PayPal using your credit or debit cards.

What pickup locations you support?

We cover all the areas from Margaret River to Jurien Bay. We can pick you up from all metropolitan areas of Perth and country areas

What is your Cancellation Policy?

All the reservation can be altered or cancelled in advance by email or by phone giving 12 hours notice prior to the transfer time. Reservation modification for transport timings, routes or dates must be done 12 hours in advance. Where possible we will accommodate your requirements, however a guarantee cannot be made.

What happens if I am late, or am not able to meet the driver?

Our Terms & Conditions state the following:

At address: that our driver will wait for you for up to 10 minutes free of charge at the pickup point.

At Domestic Airport: 30 min free from plane landing.

At International Airport: 1 hour free from plane landing.

If running late All attempt should be made to contact driver and Charges apply.

What happens if the driver is late, or does not meet me at the pick-up point?

Hopefully this should never happen. Our Terms & Conditions state that if the driver is more than 15 minutes late (including airport pick-ups) then you will get a full refund of your original payment at your discretion. However, if the driver turns up late and you still want to proceed, even if more than the initial 15 minutes – you are waiving the right to this refund if you have paid by card.
